Mixing different prints is not a fashion move for the timid, but it doesn't have to be all that scary, and it certainly isn't difficult.
The trick is to unify the prints instead of having them compete against each other. One of the easiest ways to do this is by picking a restricted color palette and sticking to it. Black and white is simple and stunning, and a fun mix of prints often includes polka dots contrasting with stripes.
However, there's absolutely no reason to stick to only black and white. After all, there's an entire spectrum of colors out there to play with! Try adding in dashes of color to your prints. This can be a great way to brighten up an outfit!
